Cadence resides on the 23-acre New Bethesda Farms, LLC (NBF), owned by Dave Vittum. Dave and his family -- Megan, who operates the Cadence program; Eitel, her husband, and their two sons -- live on the property. There are two outdoor arenas, an indoor arena, three barns with stalls for lesson horses and boarders, an ex-hay field which now boasts trails and xc jumps, and heated office and viewing rooms. There is a disabled-accessible restroom and ample lighting. A large mounting area indoors assists those who need extra assistance. NBF has a security gate with keypad at its entrance.
